Job Description

NCVA Medical Staffing, INC is seeking a Recruiter to join our team! You will be the primary point of contact for our talent, and will perform various activities including but not limited to recruiting new hires, retaining existing hires, maintaining and refreshing our job board, and office management. 

We seek someone who is personable and communicates well, who has the patience to persist in obtaining needed documents and records, but who we can also depend on to treat our employees and clients with the respect they deserve, Experience with Blue Sky Medical Staffing Software a big plus, but will train.  This is a ground floor opportunity for someone who seeks a career with tremendous growth potential.

Compensation includes a base salary and commission. The salary range amount used here is salary only- commissions will be on top of that.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
