Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter IN ENGINEERING to join our team! You will perform activities in recruiting Engineering and Industrial talent plus more!

COMPENSATION:

• $100,000 - $115,000 + 10% bonus + benefits!

IN OFFICE:

• Hybrid model

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7-10 years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter working Engineering roles
• Bachelors degree
• Success at filling all levels of roles
• Good computer skills - able to work LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
