Job Description
THIS JOB IS A PART-TIME, CONTRACT, FULLY REMOTE JOB
MAIN DUTIES:
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and external & internal parties
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executive’s multiple calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Light bookkeeping
- Manage CEO's task list for daily and weekly priorities including management of due dates
- Review CEO's multiple email accounts to identify tasks, due dates, and assignments to/from others
- Social media content creation and release schedule management for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
- Creation of written documents such as standard operating procedures and blog posts
- Take minutes during meetings
- Act as project manager for CEO’s clients’ priorities and tasks
- Organize and maintain an online filing system (Dropbox & GDrive)
- Research projects
- Make personal calls, emails, and appointments for CEO
- Other administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years' experience of working as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or other relevant position
- Exceptional experience and quick adaptation to current technologies and software; video conferencing and screen sharing (Zoom or Google Meet) ٫ project management system (Trello, Jira, Asana, Monday.com), communications platform (Slack), G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop)
- Strong and reliable internet connection
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Weekday availability approx 3-4 hours per day
- Must be able to provide 1-2 professional references, upon request
