Job Description

NDM Communications is an award-winning advertising agency with a healthcare and senior living focus. We're looking to hire a digital marketing professional to help oversee our digital marketing department, in partnership with our Creative Director.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide overall management, coordination, and oversight of all digital marketing campaign efforts across multiple channels

• Manage individual campaign project milestones and tasks; scheduling and coordinating digital content, creative, and other required resources; and overall final delivery

• Coordinate campaign planning meetings, campaign kickoff calls, and campaign status updates

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Minimum of 3+ years related experience (digital and account-based marketing, advanced digital campaign management, integrated marketing across search, paid media, programmatic, display, email, web, social)

• Technical knowledge of GoogleAds, Facebook, Bing Ads, Google Analytics

• Exceptionally well versed in rapidly evolving digital marketing space

• Exceptional verbal/written communication skills

• Excellent project management skills including the ability to formulate and drive detailed plans and key performance indicators to report on the health of each project

• Collaborate with cross-functional areas (i.e. Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, and Analytics) and third-party vendors throughout project definition and execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
