Job Description
NE Millworks is a woodworking company with a reputation for scheduling projects realistically and consistently completing aggressive fast-track projects. We are currently seeking a qualified Millwork Finished Carpentry Field Supervisor, who will be required to travel to installation sites.

_ Field Supervisor Qualifications:_
- Minimum of 5 years of millwork and finished carpentry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience as a Field Foreman on multiple projects.
- Must have a history of building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Complete responsibility for subcontractors' on-site supervision and all construction operations, including safety, quality, coordination, and material deliveries.
- Ensure safe, timely, high-quality, and cost-effective completion of projects
- Organizational ability to maintain reports and schedules.
- Report project progress to supervisor
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Assign tasks to employees to ensure complete, on-time projects.
- Working knowledge of residential building practices, code requirements, and standards required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
- Perform quality checks on millwork equipment and projects.
