    Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch customer service and driving sales.     Key Responsibilities:

    Engaging Customer Service:

    Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

    Sales Excellence:

    Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.

    Efficient Transactions:

    Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

    Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.

    Maintain cash register accuracy and ensure proper cash handling procedures.

    Stock Management:

    Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.

    Keep the sales floor stocked, tidy, and well-organized.

    Participate in inventory counts and help monitor stock levels.

    Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.

    Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

    Support colleagues in completing tasks and achieving overall store success.

    Customer Advocacy:

    Listen to customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.

    Skills and Competencies:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset.

    Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
