    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations for all assigned Project Teams in the following areas:
    • Develop and Manage a staff of project managers, assistant project managers, project superintendents, assistant superintendents, project administrators, project engineers and project accountants.
    • Ensure profitability and provide Project financial reporting and maintenance
    • Schedule development for new projects
    • Ensure NEI Safety protocols are maintained at all times
    • Subcontractor performance and manpower issues
    • Union interference, pressure, picketing and issues
    • Legal and liability issues
    • Risk analysis, management and mitigation
    • Quality Assurance & Quality Control
    • Closeout, turnover, testing and commissioning process
    • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
    • Provide leadership and guidance for Project Teams enforcing adherence to corporate policies and procedures
    • Provide advice to Director of Construction Operations & Managing Principal for areas of improvement to policies and procedures
    • Ensure the weekly meeting protocols are followed

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
