    Description:

    At NEI Global Relocation, we partner with corporate clients to assist their relocating families within the United States and Globally. As an Expense Administrator, you will assist relocating families by processing expense reports and service partner invoices in accordance with our clients’ processes and policies. This position works with a team to ensure timely and accurate payments, and facilitate a smooth transition throughout each family’s move.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Review expense reports for compliance with the client’s relocation policy.
    • Inform employee, NEI account executive, and client contact of denied/suspended expenses.
    • Track expenses in relocation software.
    • Calculate tax withholdings/gross-ups in accordance with the client’s gross-up policy.
    • Report, via fax or e-mail, expense reimbursements and tax withholdings/gross-ups to payroll and/or accounts payable.
    • Handle calls and e-mail from transferees and client contacts (e.g., payroll, accounts payable, travel) regarding expense reimbursements and tax gross-up questions.
    • Correspond with employees upon completion of move to verify all expenses have been submitted.
    • Prepare weekly advance and outstanding issues reports.
    • Analyze monthly/quarterly payroll reports provided by client, if applicable.
    • Compile expense information for clients upon request and for quarterly/year-end reports.
    • Provide employees and clients with individual year-end relocation tax reports.
    • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook, type 50 wpm, and 10-key by touch
    • Payroll/Accounts Payable experience; tax gross-up experience a plus
    • Organized and process driven to ensure compliance
    • Relocation industry experience considered a plus, but not necessary
    • Attention to detail, a strong aptitude for numbers, accuracy, and ability to multitask
    • Strong and friendly communication skills, written and oral
