    PRIMARY PURPOSE

    Assist in daily operations of the Human Resource Department in accordance with departmental and company guidelines and standards. The position is remote work from home, with minimal travel.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES – JOB DESCRIPTION

    Assist Director with tasks to perform the day to day operations of the Human Resource Department. Assist in administration of policies and procedures, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, etc. This position will report to the Human Resource Director.

    Ability to perform the following duties

    • Recruiting and staffing logistics
    • Performance management and improvement systems
    • Compliance ​to regulatory concerns and reporting
    • Employee orientation, development, and training
    • Policy development and documentation
    • Employee relationship management
    • Company-employee communication
    • Compensation and benefits administration
    • Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education

    NEIS will provide the following:

    • On the job training

    • Base pay - paid weekly
    • Equipment to complete job effectively
    • Reimbursement
      • Base pay – paid weekly
      • Equipment to complete job effectively
      • Reimbursement of miscellaneous items, such as, phone, internet, etc. - monthly

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret benefit plans, and policies and procedures
    • Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • BACKGROUND CHECK (COMPLETED AFTER OFFER HAS BEEN MADE)
    • DRUG TEST (COMPLETED AFTER OFFER HAS BEEN MADE)
    • Experience in a Human Resource position will equate the bachelor’s degree on a 1/1 basis
