We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented NEMT Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally, and help ensure smooth daily transportation operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently

Monitor drivers on the Bambi platform

Conduct morning driver check-ins and driver readiness checks

Complete next-day trip confirmations

Prepare and manage driver schedules

Conduct weekly vehicle maintenance checks

Complete daily member surveys

Monitor driver gas purchases through the RoadFlex account

Assign drivers to the correct vehicles in Verizon Connect

Post GasBuddy gas prices for drivers

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using dispatch platforms and technology

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Transportation or dispatch experience preferred
