About the Role:

Join RNR 365 SOLUTIONS LLC as a NEMT Driver, where you will play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation for non-emergency medical patients. This includes assisting passengers who may have mobility limitations, chronic conditions, or disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Transport patients to and from medical appointments in a timely manner.

Assist patients with boarding and disembarking from vehicles including wheelchair lifts and securement devices.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition.

Document trip details and patient interactions accurately.

Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and team members.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience.

Handle any emergencies or unexpected issues with professionalism.

Performing vehicle inspections before and after trips.

Providing excellent customer service and interacting professionally with patients, families, and medical staff.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience in transportation or healthcare preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assist patients with mobility challenges.

Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.
