    As the founder of a pioneering Health and Wellness Equipment company (think Biohacking), I’m in search of a dynamic individual to join my team. I need a right-hand person, an organizational maestro. If you’re a multi-talented executive assistant looking for a fulfilling role with a part-time commitment, read on!

    What We’re Looking For:

    Excellent Communication: You’re not only a strong written and verbal communicator, adept at articulating complex ideas with clarity and charm, but you also possess outstanding customer service skills. As a potential customer-facing representative, your ability to engage warmly and effectively with clients and stakeholders is paramount.

    Organizational Mastery: Your organizational skills are second to none – think meticulous like a bookkeeper, with a knack for keeping everything in its right place. Distributing equipment that requires installation requires many moving parts we need to keep track of.

    Calendar Wizardry: You’re a pro at managing schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are tracked and attended to with precision.

    Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable. You’ll also impress us if you’re adept with HubSpot, Monday.com, FedEx Ship Manager, QuickBooks Online, and DocuSign. We use these platforms daily.

    Social Media: Social media skills such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok are a plus.

    Logistical Prowess: If you have previous experience in logistics, we’d love to hear about it! As mentioned above we design, manufacture, and distribute large pieces of equipment that require transportation and logistics.

    Your Role Will Include:
    • Juggling the diary and commitments of a busy founder, ensuring efficient use of time.
    • Correspondence and communication, being the voice and pen of the company when needed.
    • Data management and reporting, with impeccable attention to detail.
    • Engaging with existing customers as well as new leads that seek our guidance in wellness equipment.
    • Facilitating shipping and logistics, because we’re always on the move.
    • Basic errands and tasks to lighten the load of the founder.

    Non-negotiables:
    • Must be legal to work in the USA
    • Must pass background check
    • Drivers license and working vehicle
    • 2 professional references
    • Must be able to maintain a predictable schedule over periods of time
    • Must be a morning person – most hours will be spent before noon
    • Must be able to work on site (no 100% remote possible)
