NEP Telephone is looking for a Customer Service Representative. We are an equal opportunity employer looking for a candidate that is personable, energetic and reliable. In this role, the candidate will: * Process sales and payments over the phone, by mail and in person * Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services * Perform non-sale and business office related functions * Participate in the creation, implementation and analysis of sales and marketing campaigns * Work directly with customers for new service, service issues or to resolve customer situations or concerns * Perform Tier-1 level support * Process various billing, reporting and regulatory administrative duties The role requires the individual to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, physically use arms and legs, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear. The employee will be on the phone a good portion of the day. Compensation is dependent on experience. Those with previous managerial experience are preferred but not required. There may be an opportunity to move into a managerial role for the right candidate. Company Description NEP Telephone has been in business for over 120 years.
