MORTGAGE LOAN CLOSERS (DIRECT HIRE)

• Seeking Mortgage Loan Closers ASAP in Houston TX – If outside of Houston, TX, remote opportunity available.

SALARY RANGE

• 45,000K base (Plus $33 per each loan 1-50 closed – anything over 50 is $35 per loan)

OVERVIEW

• Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Loan Closer performs a variety of duties related to the closing of residential real estate transactions in conformance with agency/investor and company requirements.
• The mortgage closer will work closely with Loan Officers/Processors and Title companies to prepare the Closing Disclosure & closing package.
• Responsible for preparing and verifying final figures.
• Will handle loan through funding and ensure all funding requirements are met.
• 3-5 YEARS OF RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CLOSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• EXPERIENCED WITH CONVENTIONAL/FHA/VA AND USDA LOANS.
• TRID knowledge is beneficial.
• Must possess good organizational skills and be detailed oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Accurately prepares loan documents
• Strives to be innovate and forward thinking in order to fine tune mortgage processes that will result in a higher level of customer service and to develop confidence
• Maintain professional and positive contact with customers and the public, encouraging solid relationships to enhance the overall customer satisfaction
• Balances CD with settlement agent prior to release to borrower
• Works with Shipping and Post Closing department to clear investor conditions
• Clears closing conditions for files prior to funding
