Estimator to provide accurate, professional, organized, and responsive cost estimates for ASME Pressure Vessels, and Piping

We are looking for someone to perform the following functions:

• Provide estimates based on engineered quotation packages for Pressure Vessels and other large fabrication projects.

• Breakdown Vessel drawings into detailed B.O.M.'s for quoting

• Prepare and send purchasing RFQ's for all materials, machining, and services required for bid package

• Insert pricing into bid for materials, machining, and services ensuring all components are priced and included

• Delineate any and all labor required for producing fabrication

• Estimate hours in labor fields

• Cultivate and maintain healthy relationships with engineering, project managers, customers, and vendors

• Complete estimates on time, securing orders while maintaining a profitable margin.

• Prepare organized well detailed estimate for review and prepare quote

• Work with pressure vessel group to achieve project goals

Job Qualifications: Experience, and Technical Skills:

• 2+ years minimum experience in pressure vessel field

• Demonstrated knowledge of Pressure Vessel Assembly

• Blue Print Reading

• Ability to take tasks and run with them.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite / Very proficient with Excel
