Job Description

INSTALL AND CONFIGURE SOFTWARE AND COMPUTER SYSTEMS. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware. Support the implementation of new solutions or applications. Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Mac experience/Mac administration (all employees use Mac computers)

Windows based programs

Office 365/Microsoft 365

SolarWinds/N-Ware - IT management software and remote monitoring

Inventory capability within software management system

Working knowledge of SharePoint background with helpdesk

previous helpdesk experience

JOB DUTIES:

Will monitor and maintain the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.

Add users

Set up new employees

Inventory - who is assigned to devices/computers

Will fix computer hardware and software issues such as e-mail, printer issues, password and log in issues, etc
