REMOTE - Local to the area

Shift: M-F, 40 hours Flexible on daily core hours

Top three skills needed to perform this role: 1. Ability to work proactively and independently 2. Time and task management skills 3. Organized with good follow up skills

Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in a customer service environment, including at least one year in Human Resources.

 Other job responsibilities may include the recruitment, sourcing, selection and placement of craft, technical, administrative/clerical or professional positions. This includes pre-screening applicants and scheduling interviews. May act as a company representative at external career fairs. Additional responsibilities may include building a candidate pool through identification and development of internal and external networking relationships, establishing connections to local talent acquisition resources. Must have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, allocate time, and efficiently leverage resources. Reimbursable expenses: Business related travel i.e mileage, hotel, and meals when traveling for a career fair.
