Qualifications
- Federal experience.
- Experience with time and labor collection, Labor Distribution Reporting (LDR) processing.
- Experience with systems that process and transmit Time & Attendance data to the Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS).
- Experience designing, developing and maintaining information systems that use Oracle database 19c or higher, Services Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Knowledge of ISO 20000 and/or ISO 9000:2001 standards.
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of operating systems, web browsers, and miscellaneous software tools. such as:
- .NET technologies: Visual Basic (VB).NET and C#, Active Server Page .NET (ASP NET)
- Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)
- Javascript
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Oracle Stored Procedure (PL/SQL)
- Telerik
- Aspóse
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related discipline.
- Seven years of progressive experience in computer programming and analysis in broad-based IT environments, including contemporary computer hardware and programming languages.
- Must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work independently or under general direction only.
- Experience with SAFe Agile ceremonies.
- Preferred experience with the CASTLE system
- Experience with YAML a PLUS.
- Workdays: Monday-Friday.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security.
