    DUTIES:

    • Lead or support development efforts to create new, or enhance current, system functionality.
    • Monitor the health and performance of our system applications and related data.
    • Discover and troubleshoot bugs, and work with the team to provide suitable solutions.
    • Participate in architectural design and the creation of coding standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and/or experience.
    • Expert in C#, with an understanding of OOP and application architecture.
    • Experience using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
    • Experience creating and consuming services and data.
    • Disciplined coding, with a commitment to maintain a team-defined framework/architecture.
    • Expert at researching bugs and providing effective solutions.
    • Proficient in SQL, Transact-SQL (T-SQL), with an understanding of relational database design.
    • Front-End Web Development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (“raw” + common libraries), Responsive Web Design (RWD).
    • Experience with Vue.js, or other common JS libraries and frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).
    • Experience creating and consuming APIs (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.)
    • Experience with unit testing.
    • Ability to work with business partners to facilitate projects and meetings as assigned, including the gathering and refining of requirements into actionable work items.
    • Team player. Willing and able to work with others, share knowledge, seek understanding, and follow directions.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with a strict attention to details.
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
    • Able to effectively estimate and self-manage tasks and time.
    • Desire for constant improvement, and a work ethic to make it happen.
    • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

    IDEAL-CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Familiarity with HRIS or related industries.
    • Expert in coding/performance/security principles, practices, and patterns.
    • Experience with Vue.js.
    • SQL Server (DBA) management (stored procedures and table schema and indexing) experience.
    • Experience with coded UI Testing, and Continuous Integration (CI).
    • Experience using Visual Studio testing, performance, and analysis tools.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
    • Located in Utah.

    Job Type: Full-Time. 40 Hours/Week.

    Job Location : Lindon, Utah. Open to Utah-based hybrid remote, subject to qualifications, performance, and approval.
