Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp C# .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications. You’ll work directly with product owners, architects, and other engineers to deliver software that actually solves business problems. If you’re tired of legacy codebases and endless meetings, and you want to actually ship code, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality C# .NET applications (both web and desktop).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews (actually provide feedback, not just “LGTM”).
Troubleshoot and debug issues across development, test, and production environments.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver features on time.
Keep up with new tech; we don’t need you to chase every fad, just don’t get stuck in 2009.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET (Framework and/or Core).
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and/or other databases.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or plain old JavaScript).
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integration projects.
Source control experience (Git preferred).
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field—or just proof you can actually code.
Nice to Have:
Azure or AWS experience (deploying, not just reading about it).
CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, or other ORM tools.
Unit testing, integration testing, and a healthy distrust of untested code.
Perks:
No micromanagement, no dress code, and no “mandatory fun.”
Real work-life balance—when you’re off, you’re off.
Decent hardware, modern tools, and a team that gets it.
