Role: Senior Technical Project Manager (.NET/Azure)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET application development, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise application modernization. The ideal candidate should have transitioned from software development into project/program management and have experience leading large-scale application development projects in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
Required Skills:
- 15–22 years of overall IT experience.
- 8–10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in .NET, C#, and Microservices development.
- 4–6 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Certification preferred).
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server and .NET backend development.
- Experience leading application development and modernization programs.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, requirements management, delivery tracking, risk & dependency management.
- Experience working with 6–7 client stakeholders (Business, Product Owner, Architect, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Leadership) within the same program.
- 3–5 years of experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Higher Education, Healthcare, Research, or Large Enterprise environments.
- PMP, Scrum, or Azure certifications are a plus.
