.NET Technical Project Lead – Full Stack Development, SQL Server, IIS, and State Government Systems Position: Hybrid (3 days Onsite), 1628 Browning Road, Suite 100, Columbia, SC 29210

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 7+ years of equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience designing and implementing medium-to-large-scale software systems using .NET architectures.

5+ years developing data-driven applications using relational databases (MS SQL Server 2012 R2/2014, IIS 8.5).

5+ years building web-based software systems with N-tier architectures, dynamic content, and complex security models.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency with Visual Studio, TFS, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and at least two of: application, database, messaging, or web server systems.

Proven experience in designing and implementing multiple software components and subsystems.

Skilled in explaining software design, implementation choices, and their pros/cons.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with technical, non-technical staff, and stakeholders.

Effective collaboration with DSS and other State IT teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SC Child Care Licensing, SC Voucher, and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) systems.

Knowledge of DSS Early Care and Education program objectives.

Experience with Angular, TypeScript, jQuery, ASP.NET MVC 3+, WCF, SSRS, and responsive design.

Self-starter with strong project skills and minimal supervision required.

Familiarity with MS Server 2012 R2 Enterprise, IIS 8.5, SQL Server 2016, and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
