    Responsible of:

    Coordinate air/ocean import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements

    File ISFs

    Communicate with clients, airlines, ss lines, coloaders, customs brokers, and trucking companies to arrange bookings, obtain necessary documentation, and resolve any issues or delays

    Review and process import documentation such as air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance paperwork.

    Ensure compliance with import regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures for each shipment.

    Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients regarding tracking, delays, or any other relevant information.

    Coordinate with warehouse staff for cargo handling and ensure proper handling and storage of goods.

    Handle any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, customs clearance, or documentation, and escalate as necessary.

    Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import shipments.

    Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

    Stay informed about changes in import regulations, tariffs, and industry trends to ensure compliance and efficiency.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience working in air/ocean freight forwarding or import operations.

    Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and management.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Proficiency in relevant computer software and applications, including MS Office and logistics management systems.

    Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

    Knowledge of Incoterms
