    Job Description

    FINANCIAL AID CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS) was established over 50 years ago and is a Nationally Accredited and State Licensed private career school that trains Commercial Truck Drivers and HVACR Technicians. Our Pawtucket, RI school has opportunities for an entry-level office professional to become the next part-time Financial Aid Customer Service Representative.

    The team at NETTTS will help to train the right person for this position. This role is a great next step for someone looking to begin their professional career. The selected candidate will learn to meet with new students and their families to interview them and to assist them in the proper ways of completing and submitting Financial Aid applications. This results in the students receiving financial assistance to help them fund their education.

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail oriented with working knowledge of computers
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • Prior customer service experience a plus
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
