Position Overview:

• Title: Primary Care Physician

• Location: The Villages, FL

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Start Date: ASAP

• Setting: Outpatient clinic

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, No weekends or nights

• Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day

• EMR: eClinicalWorks

• Compensation: Up to $300,000 base salary (depending on experience)

• Bonuses: Earn up to $100,000+ annually in performance-based incentives

• Care Model: Value-based care focused on prevention and long-term outcomes

• Workload: Designed for quality over quantity – more time with each patient
