New Patient Coordinator & Social Media Lead Yogi Dental Center — City of Orange, NJ Full-Time
Yogi Dental Center is a busy, established family dental practice in Orange, NJ, and we're looking for an outgoing, camera-comfortable team member to help us share our story every single day. If you love connecting with people, taking great photos and video on your phone, and turning everyday moments into content, we want to meet you.
What you'll do:
Build genuine rapport with patients and staff so they're comfortable being photographed and featured
Get proper patient and staff consent before any photo, video, or testimonial is used publicly (we'll train you on our consent process)
Take daily photos and short videos around the office — patient smiles, staff spotlights, before/afters, day-in-the-life moments
Collect patient testimonials and reviews (Google, Facebook, Yelp) in the moment, right after a great visit
Post organically every day across our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile)
Help greet and coordinate new patients as part of the front-office team
What we're looking for:
Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely good with people — patients and staff alike
Comfortable using a smartphone camera and basic editing/posting tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, etc.)
Organized and reliable — this is a daily habit, not a once-in-a-while task
Prior experience in a dental or medical office, social media/content role, or customer-facing job is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person
Respectful of patient privacy, and willing to learn and follow our HIPAA-related consent procedures before any photo or testimonial goes public
