We urgently need Coaches to help people through the ravages of divorce, abuse, loneliness, addiction, financial failure, grief, the loss of a loved one, the pandemic—any traumatic life event. We need Coaches that care about people, who have big hearts, who want to serve and help others become their best selves. We need Coaches that can guide clients to find their own answers without giving advice, helping clients explore their options, and finally, encouraging clients to make choices that will help them become more resilient, more capable, stronger, wiser, and more confident than ever before.

You may be asking, “Do I have to be in perfect control of every aspect of my life to coach others?” __ We are all works in progress. None of us is perfect; none of us is living a life of stability in all areas of life (social, physical, financial, spiritual, psychological/mental/emotional, business/career). Becoming a Coach is not about being perfect; it’s about being on the path TO BECOMING. All you need to become a Coach is to be the most inspired version of yourself to inspire others to become their best selves.

A Personal Response-Ability Coach_™_ __ teaches clients how to improve their ability to respond to adversity and challenges in life. All of us have trials to overcome. At those times when we are crushed by the relentless waves of hardship, we often don’t know what to do. We may temporarily freeze ,and our choices may seem limited. We go into a state of “response-IN-ability. At these special moments, you are needed as a coach to increase “response-ABility.”

As a Certified Personal Response-Ability Coach_™_ you will help guide your clients through the GO Broken to Beautiful Badass™ __ Course. You help keep them focused, set goals, be accountable. And you help them design their own personalized step-by-step plan toward this life of stability, success and significance.

This is YOUR business. Set your own hours, work from home, set your own fees, and take on as many or as few clients as you wish. Be your own boss, enjoy the freedom of working your own business, and finally, love going to work in a lucrative career that brings incredible self-satisfaction and meaning to life. You guide clients through NVC's 15+ Lessons of the GO Broken to Beautiful™ or the GO Broken to Badass™ __ Course. Time commitment per client would be (1) 50-minute zoom call per week for 15 weeks. BUT--as an independent contractor, this is your business and you would work out the details with your client as you/they agree.

You can certify as a Personal Response-Ability Coach™ in as few as 30 days. During the training—including pre-class, in-class and post-class internship--you will dive deep into the GO Broken to Beautiful Badass™Course offered through New View Concepts. You will learn the principles and concepts of Personal Response-Ability Coaching_™_. You will practice coaching with lots of case study events and a post-class full-coaching exercise. You will get marketing support to enroll your clients, including your business profile shared on our website, with the guarantee that you will obtain at least one client within six months or your tuition will be refunded. The tuition for certification training is $2500. With just one client, you have more than paid your tuition.

Another way to pay for your certification training is to invite your friends and family to become a Certified Response-Ability Coach through New View Concepts, LLC. For every person you refer who registers for certification, NVC will pay you $500. 5 paid referrals will pay for your certification training. This is also a lucrative way to continue to make money after you are certified.
