We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Our customers will be coming to us one-on-one at our retail locations. This position handles both retail customer service and retail sales.

Responsibilities:

Utilize CRM system to qualify new prospects

Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality sales opportunities

Present the value of our client’s services to prospective and existing clients

Collaborate with internal departments to innovate systems and company growth

One-on-one sales-based interaction with customers.

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport and a trusting relationship with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability to have fun with your customers!
