Have experience as a veterinary receptionist Have experience with animals. Must be responsible, reliable, and able to multitask. Have excellent communication skills and able to provide excellent customer service. Able to schedule appointments, educate clients, discharge and explain patient medications. Properly answering veterinary related questions. Comfortable at collecting payments. Good team player who gets along with fellow staff members The ability to accept constructive advice. Self starter and independent worker. Our clinic is open 7 days a week so this position requires working weekends.
