REQUIREMENTS:

MUST BE REGISTERED WITH NMLS WITH AT LEAST 1 STATE LICENSE. 2-3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. WE OFFER W-2 OR 1099 EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS AS DICTATED BY STATE REGULATIONS. THE COMPENSATION IS 100% COMMISSION. EXPECTATIONS ARE TO MAINTAIN A MINIMUM OF 2 LOANS MONTHLY IN PRODUCTION.

Close loans in days, not weeks and get paid every Friday.

Applicants must be licensed, self motivated, producers who understand this rewarding and profitable industry. Again, this is a 100% commission based position that provides time and location flexibility, healthcare benefits in applicable states, 401K and a beneficiary retirement plan.

NEXA COMPENSATION: We pay a generous compensation from 220 to 275 bps that provides our MLO's with a platform to maximize their return on effort. You can earn the maximum allowable income as a broker.

NEXA REVENUE SHARE: One of the reasons we are the fastest growing Brokerage in the Country is because of our loan officers.

• Our LO's also have the ability to recruit other loan officers to the NEXA Team
• Earn 10 BPS on all LO's recruited by you. (Recruiting s Optional) (up to 3 down levels)
• Your Revenue Share is fully vested after 3 years
