REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be registered with NMLS with at least 1 state license.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• A minimum of 2 loans per month of production is required.
• The compensation is 100% commission, no salary, no draw, no signing bonus.
• Responsible for all business-related expenses including marketing, purchasing leads, equipment, and travel.

OVERVIEW:

NEXA Mortgage is seeking Experienced Loan Officers, Senior Mortgage Loan Officers, Branch Owners/Managers, and Correspondent Lenders. NEXA Mortgage is the fastest-growing brokerage in the country, immediately offering 220bps in compensation. This is a remote position. NEXA is licensed in 48 States, (NY and MA coming soon) giving those at NEXA a national reach. THIS IS A 100% REMOTE POSITION. We have a support system, effective processing relationships, next day pay and more. This position is a tremendous platform for entrepreneurial, independent, and self-producing loan officers.
