REQUIREMENTS:

APPLICANT MUST BE REGISTERED WITH NMLS WITH AT LEAST 1 STATE LICENSE; 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. WE OFFER W-2 OR 1099 EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS AS DICTATED BY STATE REGULATIONS. THE COMPENSATION IS 100% COMMISSION WITH UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL AND A MINIMUM PRODUCTION OF 2 LOAN CLOSINGS PER MONTH.

OVERVIEW:

NEXA Mortgage is seeking professional, licensed Loan Officers, Senior Loan Officers, Mortgage Brokers and Correspondents within the Commercial and Residential lending and mortgage industry. We are the fastest growing brokerage in the country, immediately offering 220bps up to 275 bps, with a national, 48+ State reach (NY and MA coming soon) and unlimited earning potential. Close loans in days, and receive direct deposits every Friday.

Applicants must be independent, self producing loan officers who understand this rewarding yet regulated industry. Again, this is a 100% commission based position that provides time and location flexibility, unlimited earning potential, healthcare benefits in applicable states, 401K and a beneficiary retirement plan.
