EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or Equivalent work experience.    

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience with software development
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, SQL and JavaScript
• 1+ year of experience with Power Platform
• Experience with various design frameworks
• Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types using the MS 365 API
• Experience building Microsoft 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps with CDS, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online
• Experience with SharePoint’s application services framework including implementation, configuration
• Experience with the following:
  • Visual Studio and TFS or other source control management tools
  • JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3
  • Front end frameworks (React, Angular)
• Able to present solutions to clients
• Able to develop technical and project-related documentation
• Willing to write detailed documentation and adhere to corporate standards/change management policies
• Able to work on a team or independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Demonstrated experience and success managing projects
• Planning and administration of project tasks and dependencies
• Facilitating cross-functional requirement gathering meetings
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek out and find alternate solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

 TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Experience with PowerBI, DAX, and Python a plus
• Experience working with the federal government or related experience
• The successful candidate will also be able to pass background screening prior to employment.
• US Citizenship or work-authorization
