Job Summary
We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to join our team! As a Market Research Analyst, you will be working closely with the rest of the team to sort through complex data, find trends, and research marketing opportunities. You will also be responsible for setting short and long-term goals for yourself and the marketing team based on timelines and budgets, as well as staying up to date on the state of the industry and major competitors. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, can work well in a team or independently, and can break down complex data and ideas into actionable items.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute both short and long-term research projects based on business objectives, timelines, and budgets
Identify emerging trends and patterns within complex data, and act on those trends accordingly
Utilize all resources available to you, including secondary research and competitive research, to develop an analysis and understanding of the sector
Work closely with other departments to best identify the need for more information and research
Create presentations for management and stakeholders to present data and insights
Qualifications
Previous experience in market research preferred
Data analyst and manipulation skills
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
