We are looking for a driven and motivated individuals to join our management trainee program at Next Level. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for business and a desire to develop their leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Participate in on-the-job training and workshops to develop a comprehensive understanding of our business operations

Shadow experience leaders and learn how to effectively manage a team and handle challenging situations

Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
