Job Description

Dynamic Inside Sales -

• No experience or license necessary
• Applicants must have a strong work ethic, goal oriented, & a drive to succeed. PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE IN INSURANCE IS A PLUS, inside sales & phone sales will be given special attention.
• This is a very high pay national sales position with no travel required. BASE SALARY + COMMISSION!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build & managing trusted relationships with prospects and agents.
• Develop a complete knowledge base of annuity carriers and product offerings.
• Develop and pursue professional, team, and personal goals.
• Support writing advisors including the handling of incoming calls, returning emails or voicemails, and working with other internal supporting teams as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills.
• No direct sales experience necessary; we will train the right candidate!
• Must be able to work independently, self-motivated, and goal driven.
• Effective organizational, analytical, influencing, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
