Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 3,500 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.

Job Description: Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and creative individual to lead our marketing efforts within the National Field Program. The Marketing Field Program Administrator will oversee the execution of impactful communication strategies, bold promotional campaigns, and efficient distribution processes that fuel TPUSA's on-campus presence and brand authority. This role is at the heart of how TPUSA activates students across the country, crafting high-quality, mission-aligned messaging and materials that advance our movement.

Responsibilities include leading field-facing marketing campaigns, managing promotional content creation and distribution, coordinating with graphic designers and shipping teams, curating top-tier visual content, and developing bold new ideas for activism materials. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to capture attention while staying true to TPUSA's unapologetically conservative brand. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal departments and chapter leaders to ensure the national impact of our marketing efforts. The Marketing Field Program Administrator reports directly to the Field Administrative Manager.
