Job Description

This is an entry level position in a great working environment with a motivational and energetic manager, with potential to move up based on experience. Paid training while we teach, coach, and mentor you to understand the program and present it efficiently to perspective clients. We are looking for motivated sales representatives to make outbound calls to qualify business owners for our debt settlement program where we help business owners effectively negotiate their high-interest loans providing significant savings. Past telemarketing experience is appreciated but not necessary, as we give you all of the tools necessary during training. Possible promotion to Sales Closer and/or Team Leader making overrides on other salesperson's production.

This position is based in our "Tinton Falls, NJ" office, 5 days per week,

Mon.-Thus. 9AM - 6PM, Friday 9AM -5PM.

Salary: $40k /year. For all new hires, will earn $1000.00  bonus for the first three months employed. There after 10% commission on all sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

-Make outbound calls to business owners helping them to more effectively manage and reduce their business debt

-Qualify clients/business owners to be eligible for this service

-Pursue fresh leads on a daily basis

-Bring in multiple clients on a weekly basis

-Maintain a positive outgoing personality while speaking with potential clients
