    Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour

    SUMMARY:

    The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all warehouse work, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, packing, loading, preparing delivery according to a prescribed schedule, cycle counting, and material handling.

    EMPLOYEE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • All warehouse work, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, packing, loading, preparing delivery according to a prescribed schedule, cycle counting, and material handling
    • Shelves, or places stock received in proper storage areas
    • Ensures all materials are packed properly
    • Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
    • Troubleshoots all receiving and shipping complaints to find the cause, help resolve the issue and prevent reoccurrence
    • Coordinates transportation logistics, including truck deliveries and driver schedules
    • Manages warehouse resources, shipping supplies, and other consumables, including minor facility maintenance
    • Conducts shipping and receiving processes and procedures as required to fill customer needs
    • Follows all company policies and procedures with Inventory Control
    • Handles additional tasks necessary to fulfill the needs of the company and the customers as deemed by the supervisor
    • Drives fork-lift
    • Other work assigned by the company
    • Establishes warehouse management policy, procedures
    • Implementing, and monitoring procedures to ensure that the proper inventory is in all warehouse locations
    • Develops, implements, and monitors all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely
    • Assures that the highest standards are maintained for safety, housekeeping, and compliance with all government and company standards

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to operate forklift proficiently.
    • Possess an understanding of appropriate inventory controls including rotation, counting, and storage.
    • Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
    • Proficiency with Microsoft® Office and other internal programs.
    • Fluent in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.

    EDUCATION:

    • High School Diploma, or equivalent experience in wind turbine environment.
