    SUMMARY:

    The Supply Chain Department is essential in orchestrating the seamless flow of goods and services from procurement through to delivery, integrating the critical functions of Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales Operations. It ensures operational efficiency by managing the storage and distribution of goods in the warehouse, strategically sourcing materials and services at optimal costs in procurement, and aligning product availability with customer demands in sales operations. This cohesive unit plays a pivotal role in maintaining the balance between supply and demand, optimizing inventory levels, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability, making it a cornerstone of any organization's success.

    EMPLOYEE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes optimizing inventory levels, improving procurement processes, and enhancing distribution and logistics operations.
    • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods and services. Negotiate contracts and terms, including pricing and delivery schedules, to meet organizational needs while maintaining budgetary constraints.
    • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Implement inventory management systems for accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, turnover rates, and order fulfillment.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and assess performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and present reports to management on supply chain efficiency, cost analysis, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to supply chain management. Coordinate with sales operations to align inventory levels with customer demand and promotional activities.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delays in delivery, supplier performance, and quality control problems. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
    • Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Promote sustainable and ethical procurement practices within the supply chain.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
    • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are preferred but not required.
