Job Summary: Join the i9 Sports & NIKE Summer Camps as a Camp Counselor to deliver an exceptional experience for our campers! You’ll create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment by leading activities, fostering skill development, and promoting sportsmanship. Camp Counselors are responsible for guiding campers through daily schedules, taking attendance before activities, and ensuring all participants are accounted for. You’ll build strong relationships with players and parents while upholding the instructional and fun aspects of the i9 Sports Experience.
We are hosting two exciting camp weeks and looking for staff who can work both:
June 23rd – June 27th at Tyler Dupont Middle School, 431 Tyler Dr, Hermitage, TN 37076
July 21st – July 25th at Battle Ground Academy, 336 Ernest Rice Ln, Franklin, TN 37069

Responsibilities
Lead kids in learning the fundamentals of various sports, focusing on skill development and fun
Teach and model core values, including sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
Supervise and manage the daily operations of designated sports activities
Maintain a positive attitude and deliver superior customer service to campers and parents
Ensure a mentally and physically safe environment for all participants
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge preferred
Highly motivated, independent problem-solver with a strong work ethic
Ability to take initiative in ensuring player safety and program success
Positive attitude and knack for building professional relationships
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 1 PM, during camp weeks
