** SKILL -: Primary skill must be proficient in drywall patching and painting (75% of their work will be painting They will be required to perform general maintenance work (20%) and other duties assigned (5%). Trade education a plus. Experience should be a minimum of 5 years.**

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY.

Report to work on time, meet with maintenance supervisor to discuss projects for the day. Perform all assigned work in a timely manner and close out work orders. Respond to facilities managers and supervisors with any emergencies that may arise during their normal shift.
