The Insulation Group (TIG) is a recognized leader in the Home Performance with Energy Star and Comfort Partners programs. TIG is an award-winning energy conservation company seeking an individual who will fit into our fast paced yet relaxed environment.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an entry-level Home Energy Auditor to join our team. Experience not required, TIG will train individuals seeking a new career path.

The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality and a strong work ethic.

We seek the following in a candidate:

Excellent communication and written skills

Attention to detail as it relates to the thermal envelope.

Customer service oriented

Valid Drivers License / Auto Insurance

Ability to time manage customer expectations.

BPI Certifications A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.

TIG will train.

Comfort Partners or NJCEP experience A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Computer Skills: MS Office

Familiar with electronic devices such as computers, tablets, and cell phones

Additionally, you will need a reliable, insured working vehicle, internet access with scanning capability or fax machine and a smart phone.
