What we do: We market out to clients who respond back interested in our products and services. We NEED motivated sales professionals... Your Responsibilities: * Scheduling Your Own Appointments From Clients Who Requested To Be Contacted * Assess client needs and generate solutions to protect their families and assets via phone, Zoom or in-person if needed * Submit applications for clients electronically * Generate new business through our leads and referrals * Cross-sell existing customers with other insurance-based products * First months for a new agent will be attending mentorship trainings and online trainings The Requirements: * A Life & Health Insurance License in the state of Hawaii (willingness to get non-resident licenses later) * Willingness to learn and be coached! Excellent customer service skills * Be a TEAM player! * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Must be motivated and possess a strong ability to follow-through and be detail-oriented After our new agents begin using our proprietary sales and training methods, they can start helping clients, by doing needs analysis and providing solutions. If you are a good fit, have a great work ethic, are ready to go, can work remotely, and follow simple instructions, then I am interested in speaking with you as soon as possible!
