Benefits of this Position: * Autonomy * Engaging and challenging cases * Attainable billable requirements * Compensation for case origination Responsibilities: • Draft pleadings • Law and Motion • Discovery management (written and depositions) • Create litigation budgets and communicate same with clients • Effectively communicate case status with firm and client • Attention to detail • Utilize all necessary word processing, case management, email and billing software • Fast-paced clear communications • Desire and focus to excel succeed daily Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should possess 2 - 7 years of experience in trust and estate administration law. • Having completed an LLM in Taxation would be advantageous for this position. • A JD/Juris Doctorate is a required qualification. • California Bar Admission and being a member in good standing are essential. • Strong ability to write clearly, logically, and grammatically, while incorporating legal analyses into work. • Excellent organization, computer, and math skills are necessary. • Proficiency in analyzing facts and discovery to apply to relevant statutes and case law. • Skilled at verbally presenting case facts, legal analyses, and recommendations. • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Compensation: $95,000 - $145,000 annually
