    Growing specialized boutique law practice is seeking to fill a position for a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney to join our trust and probate litigation department. We represent clients exclusively in the fields of trusts and estates, including trust litigation probates, estate planning and corporate transactions in Orange County and the surrounding areas. What this position provides: • Autonomy • Excellent and challenging cases • Reasonable billable requirements • Compensation for case origination Responsibilities: • Draft pleadings • Law and Motion • Discovery management (written and depositions) • Create litigation budgets and communicate same with clients • Effectively communicate case status with firm and client • Attention to detail • Utilize all necessary word processing, case management, email and billing software • Fast-paced clear communications • Desire and focus to excel succeed daily Qualifications: • 2 - 7 years of trust and estate administration law experience • Completed LLM in Taxation desirable • Completed JD/Juris Doctorate • California Bar Admission/Member in good standing • Ability to write in a clear, logical, and grammatically correct manner, integrating legal analyses into work • Excellent organization, computer skills, and math skills • Ability to analyze facts and discovery to apply to statutes and case law on point • Ability to verbally present case facts, legal analyses, and recommendations • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Compensation: $95,000 - $145,000 annualy
