    Seeking a detail-oriented and outgoing Paralegal with at least 3 years of recent work experience in Litigation, with at least one year of trust and probate litigation exposure preferred. A demonstrated commitment to the field of law and a desire to be a part of a team is essential for any person applying for this position. Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES: • Manage case calendar and support Litigation attorneys • Draft, format, edit, and proofread legal documents with attention to detail such as pleadings, motions, and discovery request • Prepare correspondence • Communicate with clients, as needed • Electronic file organization and maintenance within Firm standards • Proficient in e-filing • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases • Interview clients and witnesses to gather information and prepare case summaries • Assist with trial preparation, including drafting trial exhibits and witness lists • Coordinate with outside vendors, such as court reporters and expert witnesses • Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel • Perform general clerical tasks, such as answering phones, photocopying, and filing Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Paralegal, Litigation preferred • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe • Excellent organizational skills are critical. The right candidate must have the ability to efficiently organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them on time with attention to detail and accuracy • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse attorneys, staff, and clients. Must possess the ability to provide information with courtesy and tact while safeguarding confidentiality • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and English composition skills are also essential • Must be enthusiastic, articulate, a quick study, friendly, dependable, punctual, a team player, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Experience with MyCase and Wealth Counsel and a notary license are all a plus Firm Core Values: • Client-centered advice· Accessible • Compassionate representation· Honesty and integrity • Exhibits professionalism Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly
