    About the Role: 

    We are looking for someone to join our Agency team as a Paid Media Account Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who is immersed within the world of performance marketing and eager to join a global media agency with the feel of a startup. The role will require you to develop relationships with large agency groups, handle campaigns for our clients, and help generate revenue for the business.

    You will join an international team of fun-loving, highly sociable digital media fans. The role is based in New York, working on a range of clients from retail to B2B.

    Day-to-day responsibilities:

    • You will be dealing with clients directly and it will be key that you are able to understand their goals and problems, with a focus on how your channels can assist them. 
    • Focus on strategic thinking, managing delivery and implementation, overseeing reporting, leading calls and building client relationships, ensure NMPi best practice is implemented and getting involved in pitch situations.
    • You will take a leading role in devising and planning the account strategy, working with the Account Director to develop the client roadmap, identifying new opportunities, and media planning to grow your accounts.

     

    We have a fantastic and unique relationship with our clients which means you will get a lot of satisfaction from seeing the results of your campaigns.

    We manage by outcomes which gives every individual the freedom to exercise their entrepreneurial talent and to take responsibility for the outcomes of their work. Every three months you'll sit down with your Account Director to discuss your work, your progress, and your future plans. These Performance Development sessions are how you can progress your career at NMPi, and with the company using a roadmap model, you can really see how what you do is connected to the growth of the agency.

    About You

    • Experience working within paid media and have the legal right to work in the USA. 
    • A confident and clear communicator, that is also forward thinking about the digital strategy of your clients and able to implement that strategy effectively. 
    • Confident in managing paid media across search, social and display, and you're comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders client side and presenting to them. 
    • You're an organiser, entrepreneurial, naturally curious, a leader and a great person to work with
    • Excited to work at a start-up and help close, onboard and grow new agency & brand relationships
    • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
