    Job Description

     

    The NNN Pro Group is seeking a Director of Sales with prior experience in the franchise sales space and a cursory knowledge of real estate. The NNN Pro Group at Marcus & Millichap has over 100 years of collective experience and has sold over $15 Billion of Net Leased real estate since Glen Kunofsky established the team in 2001. The company is the leading net lease sales and advisory team in the country. Candidates must have an engaging personality, strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and basic understanding of financial analysis. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate must be willing to travel and should excel working in a busy sales environment.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to effectively network and build long-term business relationships
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of Real Estate and Franchisee/Franchisor marketing events
    • Franchise Sales experience preferred
    • Exceptionally organized
    • Skilled in Excel and Sales Force
    • Basic understanding of financial statements and private equity
    • Basic project management

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Market services and secure initial meetings and pitches
    • Attending various industry related conferences
    • Running coordinated marketing campaigns towards generating new business opportunities
    • Preparing marketing and advertising materials
    • Scheduling/Plan Client Events
    • Phone call and email outreach
