Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the NOA team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee the processing of Notices of Admission (NOA) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.

Provide training and support to team members to foster professional development.

Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to NOA processing.

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Manage scheduling and resource allocation for the NOA team effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or a similar role.

Strong understanding of NOA processes and healthcare regulations.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
